I offer 53-minute individual therapy sessions for adults who are navigating

Relational & developmental trauma – healing patterns rooted in early relationships and generational influences.
Emotional overwhelm – anxiety, stress, overwhelm, feeling unseen, unheard, or taken for granted, fear of expressing needs.
Self-discovery & identity – A desire to understand yourself more deeply, connect with your purpose, values, and who you are now.
My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, reflective, and collaborative. I integrate several therapeutic lenses, but my approach is always centered on you – your story, your strengths, and the direction you’re trying to move toward. My goal is to help you connect with the parts of yourself that already know the way.
