Fees & Insurance
Clear information about rates, insurance, and payment so there are no surprises.
Private Pay or Insurance
Many clients prefer private pay to maintain greater privacy, flexibility, and control over their treatment. Insurance companies require diagnostic information and may limit session frequency or duration.

Out-of-Network
For out-of-network clients, I will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Insurance benefits vary widely — you'll want to check with your insurance company to understand your deductible, co-pay, and if therapy is covered.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service via debit/credit cards or HSA cards. All payments are securely processed through my HIPAA compliant electronic health record system.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice — or missed appointments without notice — will be charged a cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprise Act)
Under federal law, private pay clients are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your therapy services before you begin treatment. This ensures transparency about your financial investment in therapy.
